HOW Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Corporation”) complies with related legal regulations, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information （hereinafter referred to as "the Personal Information Protection Act"） and related guidelines, such as Guideline for Protection of Personal Information at Direct Selling, and makes every effort to protect personal information it acquired.
- 1. Internal System for Personal Information

With respects to the effects of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Corporation designs the internal rules and regulations required for each operation and complies with them.
- 2. Acquisition Personal Information

The Corporation keeps records of the personal information from their clients it has transaction with. Such personal information is based on membership registration forms and the reorder forms submitted by the clients. The Corporation takes measures to maintain the personal information of its members accurate and most updated.
- 3. Purpose of use of the Personal Information

Acquired personal information will only be used in the scope of the purpose of use (below). In addition, we will not use the information beyond the scope without agreement of the clients.

Personal data held by the Corporation is treated under necessary security measures in accordance to the security management measures set by the Corporation. In addition, the Corporation tales all possible measures to manage personal data by implementing regular employee training for protection of personal data.
- 5. Outsourcing the Personal Data Processing

Personal data acquired by the Corporation is commissioned to company which bears contractual confidential responsibility with the Corporation, within a scope of requirement to achieve contractual purposes with the clients.
Such commission is based on necessary agreements concluded and appropriate supervision has been implemented.
- 6. Disclosure and Correction of Personal Information

Disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, discontinuation of use, removal or provision to the third party of the personal data kept by the Corporation will be immediately and adequately responded upon request.

- Identification document (one or two public documents. See details on the above request form)

- For statutory agent, document to prove the person is a statutory agent

- For commissioned agent, authorized letter from the requester

（3）Notification Method to Respond to the Disclosure Request

- Responded in writing to the requester. The document will be sent as a registered mail, and the postage shall be borne by the requester (the actual amount of the postage).
- 7. Constant Revision of Internal System

Regulations for treatment of personal information and operational rules related to such regulations is subject to constant revision and we shall continue our effort to improve them.
